The Wheels of Steel Weekend works hard to expose all of the educational opportunities that exist both on a high school and post high school level. Additionally, the WOSW also offers an outlet for schools looking to recruit students on all levels as well as companies looking to hire people within a fun atmosphere!
The Backdrop - The Nautica Pavilion, splashed with 75-100 custom, classic, vintage, mild-wild, lifted-lowered vehicles of all kinds. School to career booths and table tops of companies seeking employees. All this to create a fun, NON TRADITIONAL career fair/job fair while exposing Advanced Manufacturing and Technical Trades.
Benefit - the WOSW is a benefit for all school to career programs, however this is our 3rd year working side by side with Max Hayes, Cleveland's only Advanced Manufacturing and Technical Trade High School along with its T.E.A.M. Academy.
